Hospitality Highlights 2009

Cooking Competition

Four students entered a national cooking competition run by the Meat Education Board.  Matthew Clifford was fortunate to make it through to the Regional heat held at Harrogate College.  Matthew spent a morning cooking his dish with James Martin who was the host and judge of the competition. Matthew came 4th place out of over 400 regional entries.  This term students have been cooking up a storm!
